All content on the gaspol168 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of gaspol168 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of gaspol168.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gaspol168 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit gaspol168's liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gaspol168 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or information displayed, or the fitness of any game for any particular purpose.

gaspol168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made to the Terms, gaspol168 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice, which shall not be less than seven (7) days from the date of notification for material changes.
